AUTHORS OF TECHNICAL PAPERS
To be published in the IFIP/IEEE NOMS 2016 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

Main Conference Authors, Demo Presenters, Mini-Conference and Poster Authors must register by 10 February 2016.

WORKSHOP AUTHORS
To be published in the IFIP/IEEE NOMS 2016 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop that their paper is in at the appropriate full rate listed below (not the student rate). The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the IFIP/IEEE NOMS TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one workshop registration is valid for up to 3 workshop papers on that workshop day. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®. If you also have a paper in the main conference you must register for both the conference and the workshop.

Workshop Authors must register by 10 February 2016.
